HCOL audit SM looking to leave big 4. What should be my comp expectation?

What should I expect during my call with Deloitte’s recruitment advisor? I received a verbal offer last week, and a meeting invite this week with the advisor. Is this typically where salary and signing bonus are negotiated? If so, can anyone share insights into the typical base range for experienced hires going into Consultant positions (2yrs experience w/ undergrad)?

What’s the total comp for Principal at BCG? base + bonus etc. Searched online and on the bowl but no clear answers. Are there different levels to
Principal and how does the comp change across levels?
