What should be the salary package for senior research analyst from a Gurgaon based company

Our client, a Manhattan pharmaceutical digital advertising agency is looking for a VP or SVP Brand Strategy.. Needs experience working on a brand with multiple indications in the oncology space (ideally) and be actively working on approx. $7 mil. of revenue.
1st. round of interviews will be internal. Candidate will be asked to present to the agency, then meet the client. On-going work will be remote. The salary range is $165 to $210++ negotiable

Working for Deloitte. To preface I’ve been an FTE at large insurance/healthcare companies for over 10 years. In process of interviewing for a “Senior consultant role” location TN recruiter is asking for salary but won’t tell me what range is. Can someone provide me a ballpark figure working in cloud. The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada).
