Hey fishes - curious to know about Deloitte monitor’s compensation for a senior consultant in tech strategy. Just spoke to someone who gave me a range of 110 - 150 for a senior consultant out of Mba. And he says it’s part of tech strategy consulting but seems low for that.

I’ve heard multiple firms making market adjustments to salary the past couple of weeks. If you received a market adjustment, how much was it and was it enough to get you to stay? I heard $70k to $77k for an annual raise and then $77k to $82k market adjustment in Vegas for tax senior 4 years experience.

Looking for some info around comp range for advisory manager and senior manager in California/NYC. I know it also depends on yoe but appreciate some insights. Glassdoor says 130-150 for manager, 180-220 for senior manager, does that sound right? Also any bonuses info? Thanks!

Are firms giving sign on bonuses still? Haven't seen many people mention this recently. If so, what would it be in HCOL for Senior Manager? Let's say $250k base salary was offered.

Any tips from folks who negotiated comp for a senior role at a late stage, non-FAANG, Bay Area tech company? Don’t know how far I can push on equity or a signing bonus. - CDP - Accenture
- Associate -EYP (deal-tech)
- Associate - Simon Kucher

All are in the same city.
Definitely leaning towards EYP since it seems to have best comp and work I'm interested in but wanted to see if there's any reason to pick another since I'm pretty overwhelmed .
