Is there anyone on the bowl who would take a few minutes to share how changing your protein intake and consistently eating good amounts of it has impacted you? I find it so hard to hit protein goals because the foods I lean towards are carb and fat heavy (thanks to my American upbringing). And the supposed benefits of feeling full longer and having sustained energy have not revealed themselves to me. Some good reasons to tie in more protein could help me see its importance better.

Is it possible that walking doesn't do it for some people? I went from doing roughly 2-3K steps to a solid 10K+ steps daily but my weight isn't changing. Are any of you on the bowl married? I've been living a pretty disciplined life about eating a sustainable diet and moving as much as I can, but it hurts me to see how extremely opposite my husband is. How can I motivate him?
