I’ve been trying to get into the top tier Associate Product Marketing Manager position Google for some time now for just an interview and I feel like business majors somehow have such a stronger chance in getting interviewed especially my business school and I feel really discouraged as an Econ Major and I have a lot of marketing experience that I’ve built over the years. Are there any non-business majors in the tech realm in non technical positions at Google that can advise me?

I had to look this up, apparently a 2022 study confirmed that is indeed the case! Eating celery as a replacement for a high calorie snack is a great weight loss strategy. Eating celery and ONLY celery obviously isn't, though.
That's just anorexia with extra steps. Fuel your body. If you are exercising and lifting weights, you need protein. If you're doing a lot of cardio, you need carbohydrates. Fat is a basic function of life. I say this as someone who was burning 3,000 calories a day between Base rate and exercise and eating 1,200 calories. It doesn't work. I have increased my calories and I'm losing weight since I have enough energy and my hormones are more balanced.
Right now I'm on a reverse diet so we're increasing my calories and macros. I track my calories with a Garmin but I also plan to get some testing done to determine my actual resting rate because there's some discrepancy between Garmin assessment and a dexa scan I had done.
Currently I'm on 1700 calories (1800 next week) and restricted cardio. When I get things more settled down we'll begin a cut which will be done by keeping my protein and calories still high but raising the cardio to start burning more fat. Weightlifting 3 days a week and doing light cardio outside of that. My goal is to get back to being able to lift and run 5 days a week without flaring up my hormones and cortisol.
I believe it’s true but I highly doubt that the calorie burn is sufficient to cause weight loss
I think if you like celery and you could eat a lot of it it might help you lose weight. But eating it all day would likely get pretty tiresome pretty soon. But having it for a snack to quell hunger, that would no doubt be a good idea.
Yep, it's true! I've been eating celery sticks as my 4PM snack for the last 5 months. Almost every day. I either use a yogurt-based dip or PB. It's the best! Esp because I've always struggled with fibre intake.
