You know? They aren't lying about walking being a great way to lose fat. I decided to finally 'trust the process' and walk up to or more than the supposedly magical 10K steps and my weight is dropping like it never has before. And it honestly made me wonder .. what is the science behind this? How are we all so attuned to think 'less can't be enough'? Because shockingly less (and I mean in terms of intensity) is more than enough. My curiosity led me to finding out that it's all in the hormones and the way cortisol is released. So here's a reminder if anyone needed it, that walking is a great exercise!

Can someone simplify for me (consider me a layman concerning this) what you classify as 'processed food'? I am trying to eat better but a lot of things are in a grey area. I love my muesli but I guess that would be processed? Or cheese, or canned foods, or protein bars? Is it truly possible to cut out processed foods for a lot of us? Would love to hear insights and take home some ideas about this topic.

Okay, what's the real deal?
