What are exit opps like for consultants in an MSP?

Left K&E NY litigation group about a year ago because I had to head back to the west coast to take care of an ailing family member. At that time, the firm was pushing RTO, so I left rather than trying to work remote. Now that my family member is on the mend and other family has moved back to care for them, I want to head to K&E’s SLC office. Re-entering the workforce in San Francisco after a career break, regarding the agency landscape here I have two questions:

In the big agency category (Landor, etc.) do Futurebrand and Siegel & Gale have a legitimate presence here?—i.e. a big enough team / office worth applying to
What mid-size design and/or advertising agencies in SF/Oakland may I not have heard of that worth their salt for brand strategy?

Going to Tahoe to ski in Feb. I have the option of a 1.5 layover in PHX or 3.5 hours in AUS.

Is 1.5 hours enough in PHX for bags to transfer? I really don’t want my ski equipment to miss the transfer but 3.5 hours seems overkill. My layovers will both be around 5pm local time if that matters.

Would you recommend Sedona during Christmas or San Diego during Christmas with a 1.5 year old? Entertainment, safety, meaningful experience-focused.

Sedona will be much colder, possibly snowing/icy and will be hiking, hot tub, enjoying the scenery focused. San Diego will be beach, enjoying scenery focused. Both Airbnb options look beautiful. Will also have 60 year old grandparents joining
