This has probably been asked many times in this bowl - what’s the best hotel rewards program? I have the Chase Sapphire Preferred card and I’m a Southwest RR member. I travel maybe 25-30% of the time

Coming to the US after summer as I got my visa approved. However im seeing a lot of people commenting they got laid off. Is it risky for me to change countries right now and get a job I might lose in 3-4 months? Or it's not that bad overall?

Hi everyone, I am a development professional with 12 years of experience across climate change, sustainable development, CSR, livelihoods and M&E. I am looking for M&E, project/programme management roles in international development organisations in India and in Africa ( particularly Southern Africa and East Africa as I’ve lived/worked there before). Academics wise I’ve an undergraduate degree in economics and a masters in economic development.

Need advice. Have some credit card debt that I’ve been working to pay off. Have made progress but want to lower it quickly. We have dual income, with a house (~$300k in equity), 1 kid and 1 on the way. I’ve looked into debt consolidation via HELOC but also have ~$80k in vested equity in my company that I haven’t touched. Get equity refreshes every year. Would it be smarter to cash out $15k-$20k of that to pay debt vs. a HELOC at ~5% given that will still require mthly payments
