In my company it seems like it’s a white boys club where and they just promote white ppl because they’re white. And then they have a lower bar for promotions for minorities (traditional minorities likes Hispanics and African Americans). Meanwhile they make Asians do all the work. Beginning was rocky, I am required to hand write hours and submit to partner now, met with partner about performance, doing better now but firm posted job identical to mine. Partners won't look at me in eye at happy hour. I nearly blew filing deadline, coworker drove to courthouse to file. I guess I blew a contract review deadline. Do I sound like I deserve to be fired?
