Yesterday I attended MS hackerrank test and was able to solve some Java based MCQ and one sql query correctly but not able to execute a code with any passed test case so should I expect a call from a recruiter for an interview?

Has anyone done a "sql live coding session" for a interview?

No sure how scare I should be😅

I just graduated from a nontarget in Dec 2020 & am currently interning at PwC before I go back to do my Masters. My initial plan was to accept my full time offer and slowly work my way into IB.

One of my friend who is a doctor & is an international med graduate. He passed his United States Medical Licensing Exams with above average scores. He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I feel his pain as he has studied for 10+ yrs and is struggling to match nw. I m nt sure hw I can help

Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role. Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams. Any insight on the interview process or how long it takes or any sort of idea to give me on what I could look for that might help me believe I might get an offer? Checked my online application again recently and still says “In Consideration”

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thoughts on making the shift?

Job opportunity (mgr title, 4-6 yr exp needed) in Internal Audit (w/ data analytics exposure) at one of the largest private companies in Chicago. I interviewed with them (director and vp) till last round and decided to pursue a different opportunity. Great and caring people who seems to support what you wanna do at this position. Considering applying for an entry level business analyst (consulting) position at a competitor Big 4 firm. I just completed my first year in audit, so I’m wondering if it’s still appropriate for me to apply as entry level instead of experienced hire?

How much information about the kinds of work you’re doing do you include on your LinkedIn?

Do T2 consulting firms (think Kearney, OW) and MBB hire experienced professionals WITHOUT MBA (I.e., is a prestigious MBA mandatory in the region?). I already have a post-MBA position

How long should I wait before following up with a recruiter? I provided materials and they said they’d send them out immediately and start contacting firms, but didn’t provide a timeline.

AA meetings on or near campus?

Those who are or have been AUSAs, what sort of letters of recommendation make the most impact on an application (outside of a former AUSA/judge etc..)? My issue is prior to my current firm doesn’t seem to value the AUSA experience, we have no former AUSA’s in my office and only a view in the whole firm nationwide (same goes for clerks), and I was a transactional associate at my first firm so don’t think anything anyone would have to say would be particularly interesting to a hiring panel...
