Hi All. I have an interview lined up for Business System Analyst( BSA) next week. Please pour in your suggestions on how to prep and what can I expect.
@Current BSA's- Can you please share sample questions from your interviews. Glassd**r does not have enough examples.
PS- I am a Consultant in Deloitte Workday practice and determined to make a place in FAANG.

I have an interview next week for a consultant role that I thought was along the level of my experience for a strategy role.

After more digging, the senior version of this role aligns with my exp more. Should I bring this up in the first interview (panel of 4 people)?

Been at ZS for couple of years and considering applying to other consulting firms (LEK in particular, MBB maybe) for better pay and progression, especially as I get closer to M level where ZS pay is lower. May enjoy doing different work too. Currently at the consultant level with a TC at about 180k. WLB is doable and I have great flexibility, picking up my kid to school everyday at 5PM and getting back to work later in the evening. Wondering if that would be a mistake considering WLB ?

Applied to LEK “Consultant” Role and ended up receiving an email invitation to the “Associate” first round interviews… I have a Master’s and 2 YoE.. what gives ?

Out of interest I have interviewed for a people consultant role in London on a ftc. How many people do they take through the final interview process? Just trying to weigh up my chances.

Big4 consultant. Most of my former colleagues have left for smaller consulting firms or exited to industry roles. Several have wound up referring each other and essentially re-clustered together in bunches of 3-4 at other firms. Not one of them has referred me or invited me to interview to work with them again. Cause for concern?

I consider myself easy to get along with, have decent relationships with all of them, but can't help but feel demoralized that nobody wanted to work with me again

I have an interview scheduled in 2 weeks for a strategy consultant role.

I never had a phone screen or interview with HR but the call is set with 2 managers, consultant, and a director level.

What do you think of this in terms of how long the process might be?

What’s the case interview like for specialist consultant at Bain?

Consultant with an upcoming 3 hour modeling test and case study for a MM fund later this week. Anyone have a sense for how in depth the model or case study will be from their experience? All I know is that the model will be 3 statement.

Slalom folks - I have my final interview tomorrow. I work in NYC with 3.5 YOE in data analytics and data visualization. Current base is 127k. Would asking for 150k be too low or high if I were to come in as consultant? Also, what is the heart expectation for raises? Thanks!

I'm a B.Com Graduate 2017, with 3.2years of Experience into Stock Broking (1.5) and rest in Insurance Domain (US Client)

Trying to apply for analyst/consultant roles in alot of companies but dont get any calls from HR.

I'm stuck here with low pay and with no idea on how to go ahead.

Interviewing at Deloitte for Cloud Strategy Consultant in a few weeks. I have a non-technical background. Two 30min interviews the same day - basic get to know you and a case study.

Took the GMAT 2 years ago and got a 710 (Q49, V36). Is that still enough? ORM, 3.5 UG engineering GPA from top school, 4 year exp when enrolling, currently a consultant at Deloitte s&a. Targeting non HSW M7 + tuck, Yale - applying next year. Not sure if it’s just this forum, but feels like people are placing increasing emphasis on the gmat? For some context, I’ve already taken the gmat 4 times
