Thinking of making a switch. How much should I ask for when interviewing for a GPS Advisory Manager I position?

I am preparing for Google Cloud Engineer - AI role
I know there would be DS & Algo, Programming and ML Questions but
I was given a long list of topics to prepare by google - Web/Internet Technologies, Databases/SQL/NoSQL, Linux/Unix, Distributed Systems, System Design, Troubleshooting, Networking
Any suggestions on which topics to concentrate more on ,
any good resources that you can think of and any interview experiences would be very useful, Thanks in advance

Next week I’m having my first lateral interview as a junior associate. I’m very nervous because the group with whom I’m interviewing works with life science/tech clients and the attorneys have strong science/tech backgrounds; and I do not. However, I am very, very interested in transitioning to this practice. And I reaaally want this job because it’s at my dream firm. How would you recommend preparing for the lateral interview?

Done with EY interview for C++ and DB for a consultant role.

Questions were basically on oops concept memory allocations functions virtual etc.

Only few SQL queries basic

Unix script. What is fork command which I was not able to recall.

I bought a house in the suburbs of Chicago at the top of the market. I ended up moving out of state in 2017 and short-selling. I am now interviewing for a VP Accounting role with the mortgage company that got shafted by the short sale. If I get the job offer, can they/will they see this on my credit report? Can they pull the offer due to this? Should I tell them before we advance further?

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. Other than partner track, salary/benefits, and switching from coverage to general comm lit, what qualities of the move should I be thinking about as I weigh my options? I've never worked at another firm.

Had a great initial chat with a recruiter who then scheduled a chat with the CD’s. I’m super excited except the salary the recruiter gave was lower than what I’m aiming for. Do I go through the interview and negotiate again after or is that number set in stone?

So something crazy happened to me last week. I was at the airport, and as usual on call after call. The check in line was going ridiculously slowly and at some point turned threw my hands up in frustration while looking around to find another place to check in. In doing so, I catch the eye of the behind me. He smiles and says something. I just sort of nod and carry on with my call. Leaving Amazon saved my life. I spent over seven years at the company and after about 6 months I began experiencing a lot of stress-related things like hair falling out, tension in my marriage etc. All that is gone now. I feel so free.
