After 2 months preparation and intensive interviews, I scored 4 offers:
Salesforce CSG: program architect, 150k base, 48k Rsu/4 years , 5k signing
Accenture federal services: senior manager level L6 tech architect, 190k base, 30k Rsu/3 years, 30k signing
Pwc: senior manager, 195k base, 30k signing.
West Monroe: architect, no breakdown yet, TC estimate around 200k.

I have interviews next week for bigger brand tech companies I’d be interested in but also have an offer right now for a senior financial reporting role in HCOL that pays well and also pays OT that I need to decide by tomorrow. Not the biggest fan of financial reporting and the company is midsize ($500m revenue) and not publicly traded but is fairly reputable. Any thoughts to just reject it and wait it out or take it?

Should I leave now or wait till my senior promotion in the summer? Finishing up my second busy season and have absolutely no intention of sticking around for another after the stress this one has caused. Recently interviewed and given a verbal offer from KPMG. Proposed increased was ~ 105k. Originally was looking to get around 115k. Can anyone from KPMG shed some insight if this a decent offer? It seemed like the max they were willing was 105 but Idk the pay bands at KPMG to know if I’m getting lowballed. Its a senior associate, data analytics role. Appreciate any insight.

So I had this interview round at S& with a very senior director, Now where I really struggled and worry was that there were lot of arguments between us in a approach and I stuck to it to the very end and changed only at the last. Do folks think this was a stress interview or have I literally blown my chances off here..haven’t experienced this in other rounds where interviewers are generally more accommodating and help u solve the case 😊
