Is it appropriate to ask about the comp/benefits the partner group makes at a regional consultancy I’m interviewing with (top 30)? At B4 I know I’d start around 300k in my practice, great pension, etc. Obviously it depends on growth of the firm (300mil rev last year, projecting 1B by 2026) but I’m just not sure how to go about it. I’m already a senior manager so just don’t want to join somewhere with not much room for growth even if I do join partnership.

I gave an interview in Accenture for Procurement Senior Consultant Role and the recruiter confirmed I have not been selected in the third round of interview. Two questions from here:

1. After how long I elligible to reapply?
2. My job progress on EAF Portal on accenture's India Job Portal is stuck at Interview pending stage from last 50 days. Does this mean I might be contacted again by the recruiter for any suitable role.

Urgently looking for a Job Change. Any other leads, please assist.

Interview prep coaches are charging $150/hour for prep time. I would love to get one for prep for a final round tech interview, but wanted to know if someone in a senior tech strategy and partnerships role is willing to prep with me for $50/hour.

Hey all, been targeting big tech roles within analytics and have had solid success getting interviews although landed nothing yet (amazon google Coinbase PayPal). I have 5YOE within analytics consulting.

A recruiter reached out for Senior Manager Data Science role within IT Audit. Comp would be ~200k. Went thru the interviews and expecting an offer next week.

Should I just decline and hold out for big tech? Kind of torn, it’s a unique opportunity to be a SM with direct reports at 5YOE.

I just got an email from an agency that I interviewed with early this year about an open position (a more senior role, this time) that they think I’d be a good fit for. Weird thing is, last time they rejected me in favor of someone with more experience. How do I go about this? Do I mention the rejection? It’s a different recruiter at the same agency.

I recently interviewed for a Manager role at a Big 4, but then received an offer for Senior Associate. Is this something I can push back on?

Looking for inputs, I had interviews with Deloitte and I had a recruiter who is a contractor. He gave me a verbal offer over the phone and said feedback was great and they want to move forward with me. However, he said he needed to get approval from his senior for salary, bonus etc, but I havent heard back from him within a week. Is this a normal timeframe or should I reach back out?

Currently working at an old biotech company as a senior financial analyst probably working 5-10 hours a week. Bored as hell but I realize my work life balance is insane. I have been trying to break into tech for so long I have an opportunity at a pre ipo start up that offered me $110k base plus 9000 in options at a 10-15 valuation. Should I leave my cushy old biotech company and go to the start up as their first analyst hire in finance and strategy? Or stay and keep applying to other tech comp?

Question:
Why do you want to come to pwc when you are already in consulting at another Big4 firm?

I got interviewed at PwC for Associate role in Delivering Deal Value (DDV) practice. The interview was taken by a senior manager. It was a good experience (around 30 mins duration). He told me that the next round would be conducted by director. But it's been more than 15 days since the interview and there is no communication for further rounds. Does it confirm a rejection?? It would be great if someone could give some clarity in this as it was a dream role for me.

Have 2nd round interview at @PWC for finance senior associate with IPS vertical. Have 3 rounds. What should I expect. Need help please.

I was recently offered a Senior 3 position at EY within GSP in a tier 2 city. Starting base salary is $130k with a signing bonus of 6k. Really just seeking guidance on what I can reasonably negotiate regarding salary, signing bonus, and other benefits. I have 6 YOE and was initially interviewing for a manager position. I was offered S3 as a trial year to become acclimated to EY's culture before being promoted to manager.

What do you think is reasonable to ask for salary wise? 4 yoe consulting, 6 yrs total work exp. In DC area (federal projects).

Interviewing with a few different firms for senior consultant level positions. Trying to come in on the higher end of the SC scale but not the responsibilities of manager.

DELOITTE FRIENDS…. I have a 3 round Interview for Deloitte Strategy and Analytics practice as a Senior Consultant very soon. Any tips ? Also, How much can I expect in Pay? I have an interview with Strategy& as well and I am hopeful I get both but trying to decide on what I should take potentially.
