Recruiters, my position as senior in-house counsel at a privately held electronics manufacturing company was eliminated recently due to COVID. Looking for opportunities in the Mpls/Chicago areas. Experience includes development and purchasing contracts, distribution agreements, patents, trademarks, licensing, data privacy for an international organization with a legal department of one.

I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? I have the opportunity to exit to a Product Manager role at a PE-backed software company (noname co w ~$5-10B rev). Pay is at $150k base. Seems like an interesting industry. However, I kind of just stumbled on this and am apprehensive about leaving BCG after just a year out of undergrad. I’m also unsure how stock grants play out when working for a portco. I started a new job just 7 weeks ago, but an opportunity for a dream job just suddenly and unexpectedly fell into my lap! Will Amex restricting guess access for Centurion Lounge actually make any difference?

I can see short term changes but the way Amex has been aggressively marketing Platinum card, we just will have overcrowding of primary card holders 🤷🏻‍♂️

What's next, everyone has to spend min. 50k a year to get Centurion lounge access or pay per visit.

But the HR is saying they can offer only 36% hike.
YOE: 6
CCTC : 12 LPA fixed.

How should I proceed with this.

What is everyone doing w/ their bond allocations w/ rates where they are? Thinking of using FIA for this portion until it settles down a little. Not a big fan of FIA, but might make sense. Chu think?
