Who’s hiring strategy in LA...SOS...

Interviewed for a job and they want to move me to the next round, realized I’m not really interested in the position. How do I decline respectively?

Transitioning from contract to full time position. I’m making 104k contracting (shitty but manageable insurance, no other benefits.) Should I ask them to match it? How much should I ask for?
