It’s easier to go from agency to in-house (and back to agency even) than the opposite. But if it makes you feel better, a lot of us agency peeps are trying to GTFO and go in-house
@ACD1 -- For sure. Have been in-house before and it can get boring as hell, though. Got another opportunity coming up in-house with a cool company. Was thinking that if writing their eblasts gets old, maybe I'd try getting on at their agency.
