Any info on McKinsey SAP Practice? I have upcoming interviews for a Senior Functional Analyst role. My background is 4 years of SAP consulting at Accenture/Deloitte. What should I expect in the interviews? What should I expect of the practice and compensation? When are performance bonuses paid out?

Hello! My team is looking to hire a contractor to fill a Product Analyst role. We’re a start up that’s recently been acquired. Ideal candidate has solid SQL skills and is comfortable managing a BI platform. Bonus points for Python knowledge and data science chops. 2 YOE at Big 4. Interviewing at a local asset mgmt (could call it Private Equity) firm for a 2 year analyst position to work across investment, ops, and investor relations. Good way to exit big 4 tech consulting? Would immediately pursue MBA after, hopefully to enter Turnaround and Restructuring

Interviewing at McK for Sr Analyst position.

Consultant at a T3 firm (~4,500 employees), mostly focused on transaction services work. I may have an opportunity to switch to a corporate dev M&A analyst role at a PE backed private wealth management firm. As far as increasing my MBA odds, would I be better off staying put or trying to transition out? Obviously there’s more nuance to the decision but wanted to get high level thoughts from the bowl

Any insights into Huron Consulting? I’ve got 1 YOE, looking to lateral there since they’re primarily life sciences. What’s the WLB and culture like? What kinds of projects do they typically manage? TC for an analyst role? Thanks!

I’m not sure how much I should be asking for salary when interviewing. 5 YOE business analyst/requirements analyst on federal software dev projects. In the DC area, no MBA. I’m making less than <$80k right now, but glassdoor & payscale say the average for someone in my role is $84k? I feel like my peers with similar background are making lots more than that. I’ve been giving recruiters a range of $90k-100k but not sure if I’m selling myself short? Any insight is appreciated!

Just got an offer from a growing private company for an FP&A analyst role. 2 YOE at Big 4 plus CPA. They offered 75K plus decent benefits. No 401K currently (told its in the works for 2021) or bonus. Its their final offer. It’s a MCOL. I like the people I’ve met but the only thing holding me back is I feel like I should be making at least 80K plus a bonus. Do y’all think the offer is reasonable? The recruiter said not many companies hire someone directly from an audit background for this role.
