Are finance business systems analyst roles at top SaaS companies (Google, Amazon, Meta) considered dead-end or a good exit from implementation consulting? What is the trajectory/possible to move to CTO/leadership eventually from these roles?

Responsibilities include requirements gathering with Finance/Engineering/Product stakeholders, identifying business process improvement opportunities, system configuration, tech stack input, etc

I would like a few tips form working people, as a new grad I've held many hats and worked in many Fileds. How can I get idea of which company or type of felid is best for me.
MBA grad with emphasis I. Healthcare Administration.

Since the operational roles at the startup orgs don't necessarily require CA/CFA, what should be an appropriate next position for a financial operational analyst like me who don't possess such qualification? I'm looking to switch my career either in business analyst or in customer success role but wherever I'm applying or interviewing I'm getting reject as I don't have an experience in these roles but have 4.5 years of experience in customer support and this isn't satisfying them.
To have an experience I need to start but I don't know where to go..

One from a regional boutique investment bank as a senior analyst and one from PwC DDV senior associate. The IB job off is less than half what PwC is offering me. I wanted to know if taking such a low paying IB job is better for the future than taking PwC DDV offer? Any exit ops for PwC DDV? And I’ve always wanted to get into IB and finally here’s my opportunity. What would you do?

Bajaj Finance- 15LPA
CAPCO- 15.5 LPA
Should I strive for higher compensation still? Or is this the max I could get in today's market? I can't compromise with the role and domain though.
