I got hit up to interview for an SC role at Accenture for Cyber. Currently a second year consultant at D for cyber. I like my team/coach/leadership a lot and I wasn’t planning to exit anytime soon, although, I’m also not anticipating making SC this year. Does it make sense to always interview for these opportunities and see if anything comes out of it?

I work at EY as a tech consultant and was approached by a Goldman Sachs recruiter for a Digital Marketing strategy role. Although I’ve always thought that “when I exit consulting”, I’d probably like to exit to a similar role, I’m a bit weary because I’ve heard about terrible, cut-throat culture at GS. I honestly like EY most of the time, and am really close to my team members. Part of me is curious, but idk if the extra $ is worth the culture/lack of WLB. Thoughts?
