Is an “Analyst, Senior” position at BAH an A or SC? Analyst, Lead?

I am currently a senior consultant at Accenture. Should I accept a position at MBB for an analyst position? Pay is very similar but it would be a downgrade in the role, but however it is MBB.

I am going from C to SC in a very short span of time in my career, assuming I accept a job offer. What are some major changes that I will face? WLB? Responsibility? Leading a team without concrete prior experience in leading? Will I survive in that role so young into my career?

Does Avanade have the same position structure as Accenture? A, SA, C, SC, etc?

Anyone has insights to offer on the culture within Deloitte's Strategy & Analytics practice? I am considering a move to a SC position. Thanks!

What are the amazon levels for security? SM with 13 YOE. I applied for principal. Recruiter emailed and said the position was filled and asked if I would be interested in a senior consultant role. I don’t care so much about title. More on salary. EU based if it matters.

Recieved an offer from Cap Invent at SC, numbers are underwhelming but they're claiming it's an out of band offer, OTE just about matches my existing comp. I'm interim lead of the DigStrat practice at my current firm (similar IT services firm) so would be stepping down to into a team member role at Invent.

Any advice, if they really wanted me would they be offering a decent uplift?

tl;dr How do I negotiate the right raise upon receiving a promotion?

Context: I'm currently up for midyear promotion that would be effective at the end of September. If promoted, I want to make sure my raise is fair and competitive to what those are currently making at my level with similar experience and location. Performance-wise, my level of performance in my position (Consultant) equates to above average at the level I'm pursuing (Senior Consultant). CONTINUED IN COMMENTS...

I was promoted to a Senior Consultant about a year ago at my firm, and am being approached by another Big 4 for a Manager position. I have a total of 3 YOE. Has anyone made a similar switch before?

Pros and cons of early promos?

I got fast tracked to C, and I think I can get an early promo to SC as well. For context, SC is a team lead role, can getting there too fast (2-3 years) hurt me in the long run?
