How much can I expect from Delivery Hero Berlin for the role of Senior Frontend Engineer ?

YOE: 8.5
TC: 30.5 LPA fixed
Current location: India

Anyone have any insight into Strategy& ESV? Specifically their digital transformation roles. Going to talk to someone senior in the practice about this role in January, but don't want to be uninformed (But very little online im seeing).

What kind of skills are necessary for these ESV digital transformation roles.....Is this more powerpoints or more technical? Need to know if im expected to understand how to code or other technicals (good with excel/PPT, just don't want glaring technical hole).

Let's talk exit interviews. I'm leaving my firm as a second year senior manager for specific reasons. Let those issues be known in the exit interview or just let them know I appreciated my time and took an offer for better pay?

Landed a contract role at Deloitte via with MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee at MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. Am I missing something here or am I about to be making $5K/week (or more with OT)? Anyone have any experience with MBO or doing contract work like this? Obviously way more than I'd make if I stayed at KPMG for busy season.

If you are interviewing for a position a level above (senior counsel) and the interviewer asks you “where you see yourself in 3 or 5 years”. what are they trying to get at? I don’t understand how this question should be answered.

My firm recent filed my I-485 (yay!) It’s for a “manager” position but I’m on track to being promoted to senior manager in October and I don’t think it’ll be done processing by then. The rolls and responsibilities don’t change much but the salary does. Is that an issue?

Verbally the HR has confirmed that it will be year 2 SM role but it is not mentioned in the mail neither they are confirming this on mail.

Want to know from current employees if there is any sub level mentioned in internal systems for the same role, something like SM1, SM2 etc?

Got promoted to manager this year and making 152k. Got an offer from BCG Platinion but they're bringing me as a Senior Consultant for 160K.

I tried other exit ops at Amazon, FB, MSFT, Walmart, Mastercard, etc but they never followed through past the initial interview or call with the recruiter.

Would the move to BCG be a good idea? I'm stuck at EY doing implementation work I'm not enjoying and I'd be doing more IT strategy and management at BCG which I enjoy more.

One from a regional boutique investment bank as a senior analyst and one from PwC DDV senior associate. The IB job off is less than half what PwC is offering me. I wanted to know if taking such a low paying IB job is better for the future than taking PwC DDV offer? Any exit ops for PwC DDV? I’m thinking about switching from banking (not IB) more middle office role to a Senior Consultant client facing role at the Big 4 in Canada. I’ve got 1.5 years of work experience. The offer presented to me is 75k base and 5k bonus, is it too low? I tried to negotiate to 80-85 range but they came back saying they won’t budge.

I have an offer from Genpact at 4D Band (Senior M ~ Exp Senior Consultant IMO) for TC of $150K Base + 10% Bonus and one expecting from EY at M1 level for $150-160K Base.
Both firms are similar on salary but the position. The next level at Genpact is AVP which I feel is equivalent to Manager only after 2 years. Should I choose Manager level at EY or should I choose a lower level with equal pay which will kind of help me set lower expectations
