“People in Toronto are really loving this billboard right now.” Why? Just why, NFA? I’m not sure what I’m more upset about, the creative or the obvious attempt to make a bland piece of creative something people care about by pushing advertorials about that bland creative that makes it sound like the next coming of Benetton.
“I was pleasantly surprised, though because I'm cis gender and a boomer. “ says Boomer that’s actually a 28 year old social media manager. https://www.blogto.com/city/2022/10/people-toronto-loving-billboard-right-now/

The latter. No point in hashing out your issues it’ll just leave a mark on you needlessly.

This. Doesn’t matter what you say, things won’t change.
Personally think that you’re better off just keeping your mouth shut during exit interviews. Rarely, do comments during an exit interview really lead to change and complaining is just burning bridges. Fight the urge to unload all the reasons you’re leaving and just say thanks and go. This will probably be better for your career in the long-term.
Points taken and interview cancelled. Thanks all.
I am a huge proponent of speaking out, but keep it to 3 things. Things will not change if nobody ever says anything. Partners will honestly believe that everything is great because nobody says anything negative at the exit interview.
Learning to state your grievances while maintaining professional relationships is a huge skill to have. No matter how I look at it, I would rather be strong and empowered to speak up.
Agreed. I can do that tactfully just find myself in the camp that nothing will ever change. Everyone's comments resonated my similar thoughts.
I would say second option. It’s a small world and you never know what could arise in the future.
Express the reasons professionally. No bridge will be burnt.
