Associate producer salary at MAL?
I have an offer from PWC as an Associate and for EY as a Senior Consultant (financial services). I have a feeling PWC is better culture wise and with WLB but not exactly sure what things are like at EY.
Can anyone give some insights on what the culture and WLB is like within these companies? Not exactly sure what decision to make. I’m leaning more towards EY because of title upgrade, comp package and the nature of the work but I’m also scared because of WLB and culture concerns.
EY PwC
PwC🦈 - Heard something about a cohort system which limits the compensation range at a particular level. Trying to understand the $ range (base comp., Target bonus%) for Senior Associate & Manager levels (consulting - non-technical). I assume it can vary based on location and COL - so let's say for the SF Bay area vs Texas. TIA!!PwC

What is comp like at a pension fund?
Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?
