Standard Strategy& PEVC manager salary?

Mid-career at a Tier 2. Have two offers in front of me, very different trajectories:

McK: Lateral move with tenure, 1 yr from EM, generalist still
A&M: Step up to Manager, PEPI (PE performance improvement)

Which do you choose and why? (And leaving comp out of the equation, if you can - A&M is immediately higher, for now)

I do plan to continue in consulting for say another 3-5 years

15+ Years Experience in SAP Consulting with current base $150K. Thinking of moving to Mumbai, how much comp should I expect at Senior Manager level? Also, is it a good idea to take internal transfer vs approaching headhunters in Mumbai? Appreciate the advice.

It has been two weeks since I received a verbal offer as a lateral and I still haven’t gotten a written offer. In the meantime, I tried to negotiate my comp and heard crickets. Followed up with recruiting manager at the firm and did not hear back. Are they rescinding my offer before I can accept it? 😱😭 Does that ever happen?

I'm currently a PM with 3+ years experience in owning my own vertical of Application Integration for an iPaaS company in the Bay & have 5 years of Tech Strategy experience in the Big 4 prior.

What else do I need before I apply to make me a strong candidate?

No grad school yet, Bachelors in Comp Sci.
Ex-developer & ex-project manager experience. Prefer NYC or MV areas.
