I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

Is it fair to ask for the sign-up bonus or extra equity in lieu of the 2021 bonus ($25K), unvested RSUs ($20k), and educational reimbursement I will need to repay ($24K) if I change jobs before the year end? It’s for a new manager role in the industry and I don’t want to sound like a clown asking for a $70K sign up on the $160K base comp…

1.What are different band levels in LTI?
2.Is senior specialist level above the manager level in terms of payscale/destination?
3.What does working in salesforce vertical looks like & onshore opp. for US visa holders?

I'm was promoted recently to client manager at a consulting engineering firm. My background is 16 YOE working as a Senior Plumbing Designer. If I stay in big 4 tax until manager then leave for industry what kind of comp could I expect in NYC?

Evaluating two exit offers.

One in an industry I want to build my career with a high caliber team (ex MBB) but seems a bit cutthroat and another in a new industry I’m not exactly interested in and supporting team isn’t the strongest (career industry folks) but my direct manager seems to really care about building my career and will lead a team vs more of an IC. Comp is similar and blue chip firms in their industry.

Thoughts on how to weigh these? Bit of a big fish/small pond scenario.

Senior 2 in audit to manager of technical accounting. Is this a good transition? Role is at a recently ipo’d tech company. Will likely be busy. 20k more in base salary in HCOL.

I'm a newly promoted audit manager. I'm happy that I got promoted and I'm happy with my new salary/bonus etc. But my concern is that due to the heavy turnover in my firm, I'm stuck on the senior role on some jobs. It's a little frustrating since I know I could take on the manager role for these jobs but staffing is an issue. It's definitely bothering me a little even though I understand why.
