Recruiter just let me know they will be making me an offer and asked me to provide expectations for comp - L4 Technical Account Manager. Thoughts on base and equity range I should ask for?

I got an offer for L4 Program Manager role at Amazon. The base salary is lower than expected, but I am content with the sign on bonus and RSU. Can I try negotiating? If so, do you recommend I negotiate more base pay, sign on, or RSUs?

Pros and cons switching from Deloitte to EY? They are offering 135k, 10 signing, and promo to Manager (currently at SC1). Is salary too low? Should I ask for more even though I already asked for more on salary? Or should I ask for more in signing bonus?

leaning towards GFT as the role seems more technical but Accenture will offer more exposur

Anyone has visibility on compensation for L1 (manager afaik) level at Facebook? Initial range from recruiter is well below my current base (29k) but says there’s room to negotiate RSU’s. Pardon the dumb question but how do I calculate how much in RSU to make it worth the cut in base pay?

How did you make the transition from Senior Project Manager to Director level? How many years did it take, what was the salary jump, and any advice for making the transition?

A&M PEPI fishes, can someone please tell me what’s the average bonus in a regular year for a manager ? Ive heard numbers ranging from $50k to $150k. What’s realistic? Trying to compare against EYP and considering the base is significantly lower I need to know realistic bonus range.

Advice appreciated: I made Manager at Accenture this past year, and I may be transferred to the Strategy practice shortly (large pay bump). Should I pause my career trajectory for 1-2 years if I may only get a nominally different salary in return? (Accenture may pay for $100k of tuition if I get into one of their target schools)

Currently with a Salesforce boutique prod and consulting firm as a Manager and make around $135k base with 5% bonus. Very good WLB and loyalty perks. 0% Travel. No layoffs at all. I got an offer from Deloitte for a Sr Consultant position with the base of 145k. Yet to negotiate. I have total 7 yoe. Is this the right move considering just $10k increase in pay? How much Deloitte brand matters for exit ops? I prefer good WLB if not great and prefer travel to be under 50%

1. Level 7 leadership role at AWS. Role is a leader for Enterprise Customer Solutions.

I work for a F100 Insurance company, Manager in a Claims Operations/project mgmt role, 32, salary $105k. Screwed around in college so I had to work my way up the ladder (insurance adjuster, sales, etc), work 60-70 hours a week, and prior to covid I traveled half the month. Have industry designations, working on PMP and Six sigma.

After seeing much higher salaries and similar WLB posted on here, I’m looking to enter consulting, any suggestions on where to start, and would an MBA be worth it?

Current role will lead to a P&L role in several years. I have a BCG post-MBA offer. Comp is about the same and I want to pursue building my own startup outside of current industry. Take BCG right? Any negatives?

Does KPMG also have milestone bonuses? PwC gives out 20% one-time manager milestone bonus and one month sabbaticals for SMs

Should I accept retention bonus (~5% of gross) with 12months retention clause, which I have to pay back in case of termination or me leaving the company? My concerns are 1. My manager recently switched departments but asked me to look outside 2. Current project is ramping down and there is lot of uncertainty to find new projects 3. Advisory manager at big 4, getting 25% base increase to go to smaller firm - bit fed up with current projects but have great network but idk if this I even what I want to be doing long term. Hard to ignore the comp increase. Thoughts? Should I try to get my current comp matched?

I got an offer as Oracle Cloud SCM Manager at Accenture. Pay is around 170k base, signing bonus is 18k. Should I take the offer? I am currently at Deloitte as a SC making 135k base and my promotion was postponed until next year.

Currently a CTL in Bain and looking for opportunities in Europe.

2) Senior Manager, International Markets at Delivery Hero

The comp being offered seems to be lower than CTL comp at Bain in Amsterdam/Berlin so not quite sure on how to negotiate. Would be good to get tips on the role/firm and whether there's a way to match the comp.

What’s the going rate for a product marketing manager and a senior product marketing manager these days? Ranges would be helpful. I just started applying to jobs (after having been in a PMM role for 1.5 years at $120K) and compensation seems to be all over the board - regardless of years experience.
