KPMG has a one-time $8,000 bonus after you’ve been a manager for a year plus $300/quarter for your first 5 years with the firm. Total all-in is $14,000 in early career rewards if you stay 6 years (which depending on the region is around 12-16% of first year manager for audit.)
You get a 2% bonus one-time in July for audit senior and manager promo years, since your salary increase hits in October.
The firm also semi-regularly has retention bonus schemes with somewhat more frequency than other firms. There’s hard feeling on this now since people who were seniors when the last one was announced saw the amount decrease because of COVID, but current A2s and S1s will be seeing a larger bonus than they otherwise would have (because that’s where the firm is bleeding people in terms of plan.)
Any KPMG employee is eligible to take a sabbatical for between 4-12 weeks at any level. Pay is set at 20% of base salary and you keep benefits.
KPMG manager bonus used to be a lot better. I got $30k after a year of manager.

I think they eliminated some of those old ECB which stacked over 3 periods and then phased in the $8,000 which is also cut? Currently for associates and seniors there is a $300 quarterly bonus which matches PwC $100 student loan repayment and ends at manager level.

$8,000 didn’t get cut. And yeah. The $300/quarter was to match the student loan thing but they did it as straight cash to make it a talking point in campus recruiting.
