What is everyone's salary?

Considering a move to industry. Have worked 5 years in consulting. Interviewing currently at the Director /VP level at banks and wondering what the base + salary + age range is.

Looking for opinions. I’m an IW with 2 yrs experience working from home at a Fortune 500 company w/ excellent benefits, target salary 75k. I was previously offered a job at another company where the 75k salary was guaranteed for the first year. Most people make much more than this once their comp fully ramps up, but, I would have to work in the office. I declined the offer, but now the CEO wants to meet with me several months later. Would I be crazy if I asked for 100k guaranteed salary?

How is a Partner’s sales bonus at your firm calculated? Also, what if multiple Partners have connections at the same client when a sale is made? How is the bonus fairly distributed?

I’m curious to hear how agencies are structuring their media fees (10%? 15%? 20%!? of spend) Any performance bonus structures? Would love context too. Platforms you’re responsible for? (Fb only? Google & Fb? Emerging platforms?) KPIs? (Awareness/impressions vs. Full funnel d2c) Scope? (Buy and plan vs. Creative AND buying planning). Curious to learn how others’ have evolved their agreements. Does the stub bonus after A2A promote have any variability? I know BAML hasn’t announced yet so looking at past examples

I recently accepted a job that I quite overqualified for because I’m in need of a job. I got hired as a Marketing Manager and work directly with the Marketing Director. Come to find out my director is still in school and has absolutely no marketing experience. She’s been with the company for 4 months. They seem to want to utilize my complete skills set and make up for her lack of marketing knowledge but maintain her position as director and pay me a entry level marketing manager salary. Advice?

For those that take on small freelance projects on the side (more consulting/work for small companies, night/weekend hours), is it worth setting up an LLC for that? Do you typically lower your rate for small companies vs what it would be freelancing at a day rate for an agency?

What is the TC for Manager and Director at A&M in CPI? See alot about PEPI & Rx being on the formula with high TC and bonus. Is CPI on same or different comp model? Looking at switching firms but don't have PEPI or Rx background.

I have worked with Forbes top companies, for-profits, non-profits, & startups. I consider myself a solver of complex & complicated problems requiring mixed method research & novel solutions. This has led to issues in self-referencing title. I’ve been project manager, data engineer, developer, modeler, analysts, principle DB developer, etc. Most of my w2 work has been from offers of 1099 clients so I am usually asked to define my own title. Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday.
