What are promotion bonuses at all the firms for each level? EY gives seniors $5k promotion bonus in your first paycheck as a senior. Also performance based bonuses at the end of the year.

I’m going to ask for a pay increase. What information should I supply when having the conversation.

Seeing a lot of convo in the main bowl about bonuses in the US. They are mentioned on the rewards site but are these really a thing in the UK? and if so what do they look like usually at different levels?
