I am a new senior and have 2 YOE in audit. Just got an offer for senior internal auditor position in a F200 company. It is a fully remote job and the base salary is 100k with 10% bonus, about 20% increase from my current job. Also, LCOL. Should I take it or keep looking? Thanks!

I would like to stay at EY for a total of 2 years and then get a lax remote job that allows my bf and I to travel Europe. I truly wish I could work internationally and stay with EY, but I also think I would enjoy the experience more if I was working a job that’s max 40 hours a week and very chill. Anyone have experience with a required on-site final interview for a fully remote job? I'll have already had an interview with the hiring manager and a teammate and a presentation of a case study. So with some of the team being fully remote and the role I'm interviewing for being fully remote I'm not sure what I should prepare for the on-site. I really want the role and want to respect their process but it's hard to justify visiting (across the country) and getting time off my current role.
