My firm announced their making everyone come back to the office 3 times a week. I’m low key pissed about it. I make my billable hours. We already don’t get any vacation or sick time. The least they could do is let us bill our hours wherever we want. Work from home has made a work-life balance in this field somewhat attainable and now they want to take it away.

Publicis Sapient: 12 LPA fixed, no variable, bl Bangalore, permanent wfh
Mindtree: 12 LPA fixed, no variable, bl Kolkata
Accenture: 10.28LPA, 8.5 LPA fixed (this was initial offer, haven't negotiated after counter offers)

I am currently looking for Kolkata only or remote work.

Anyone else feeling burnout/depression working from home? I’ve been wfh for 2 years now. I like my job, it’s easy, but I feel like I’m kind of drifting. Every day feels the same. I’ve tried working from coffee shops, etc, but it doesn’t seem to help. These people aren’t my colleagues. So I’m around people but don’t interact with them. Has anyone else experienced this ? How did you fix it? You see so many articles about embracing wfh flexibility on the internet but I just don’t get it.

Hello All, I have received an offer from SherWeb. Work Experience : 2.9 years (in TCS) Current CTC : 4.1 LPA Offered CTC by Sherweb : 12 LPA However this is a contractual position of 1 year which they will convert to permanent when they will start in India or renew the contract. Work life balance will be good as they are offering work from home permanently. Any thoughts or suggestions regarding sherweb as I never heard of this company? Should I go for it as perks are good?

Any tips for work from home, where I feel like I’m constantly trying to focus on work/“working”, but I get nothing done. I know I was suffering from burnout at my last job, and I thought the feeling would go away with this new one as the workload is lesser.

I have been offered Senior Associate 1 in the Risk Consulting domain. I have 3.9 years of experience in total. I have worked with EY India with 3 years post my MBA. They have on call agreed to offer me 18.5 LPA fixed and 3 Lakhs JB and permanent wfh option.
How is the work life balance, work culture, on site opportunities(as my main aim is to immigrate abroad).
