I have received offer from Deloitte and GSK. The pay are similar. Can someone give some suggestion on the option? How is the culutre in both comapnies and work life balance

Deloitte is the the advisory area that I am familar with and allow WFH.
GSK is in Project based. It is nor promisted WFH, only mentioned I can discuss with Line manager later. It is 1.5 hours driving for me.

PWC India - handle end to end implementation individually. The team is quite new and they’re expanding. Now Close to 35. Work is related to Chatbots again but I get to work in major cloud providers. But only Indian clients.

I am interviewing witth Wipro Digital in their Intelligent Business Reimagination team in AU. Anyone please share their experience of what is it like to work in the company, in terms of - how they treat their people, work life balance - they make u work 10-12 hours every day & weekends too (as i recently got married & like to have family time), their flexibility in work from home & allowing leaves, how’s the bonus, social events, in meeting utilisation targets & job secruity (up or out culture).

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your work-life balance if you work from home?

Mine is being able to separate work from home, meaning, I never really feel like I get to leave it “at the office”

They are giving me 8 lpa as ctc and 50k joining bonus and a promised 2 lpa retention bonus after one year.
If anyone at axtria can help what's the work life balance is like there and is it a good organization to join or not.
I am changing my field to Data analyst in Axtria.
Also, how long is the training period and is there any chance of permanent wfh ?

Hey guys , what's the work life balance like in Accenture? I have an offer for senior manage role in procurement technology/consulting team source to pay. And what are the benefits will be like? Is work from home allowed like if I work from Spain or Belgium for a week etc instead of UK.

I would like to have genuine review over Optum. I have been hired as senior software engineer grade 26 in Optum with decent package. but I am really concerned over work life balance here. Some advice would be wonderful. I’m a fairly new attorney (since June 2020). My first job was at Legal Aid, but then i got a job practicing&i thought this was a DREAM come tru but I’ve been practicing family law for four months and I’m over it. every family law attorney I meet is burnout or overwhelmed or stressed or all three. Is it crazy for me to switch practice areas again ?? Is it crazy that I just want a non-stressful wfh job? Did I work this hard just to quit???
