Does anyone have ideas on how to help local businesses during this time from a work perspective? Our engagement committee thought of buying gift cards and somehow incorporating ways to give back but our matching gift program applies to organizations that are only IRS tax exempt. I am trying to find a way that the company can help with giving back to local business. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Do seasoned enterprise reps actually think that MEDDIC helps the sales process? This is coming from the perspective that champions are undervalued and the economic buyer in a F500 company does not usually speak with vendors. The market here is developer tooling. We have a fixed PTO time plan (very generous) but leftover rates by now are enormous. It’s gonna be about 160 hours of unused PTO per employee in the end of the year, and we only rollover 80. We thought about rolling over everything, but then accruals get too high. Does anyone have creative ideas how we can roll over excessive hours and don’t make them wages at the same time...

Is there a wrong time to quit? Started in audit at Big 4 less than a year ago and I already feel burned out. I was planning on staying for a few years and then moving to private accounting and getting a job with better pay, better hours, etc. But at this point, I don’t think I want to work in accounting long term.
