Why is there not an creative Union? I mean honestly. We’ve got SAG, DGA, Teamsters, Editors Guild, Writers Guild, WGA, Agents and producers even have a Union! So why do creators who actually manufacture the product of an agency not make real money off our ideas.

I am prepared to take a step back and go back into SDR/BDR. My question is , what is a reasonable time frame until I am promoted to an AE? Assuming I will be a good performer and hit quotas.
