Curious to hear from the community, what is the best sales approach for enteprise? MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Command of the message etc. Also, what approach do the major tech companies train their sales team on?

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I received my PHR certification in September 2020 and sitting for my SHRM-CP in two weeks. I’m having a hard time transitioning into a full Generalist position.

Has anyone bought/ done the HRCI Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management? I already have my PHR, but I’m looking to gain more knowledge/skills and beef up my resume. Is it worth doing? The course is $239 and you get 12 Recert credits with it.

My male boss recommended the book “The Confidence Code” which is a self help book for women. It was recommended to all the females that work under him. I feel like that's a little inappropriate?

I’m studying for the SHRM-CP with the Mometrix (study guides, online course, and flash cards), however I’m super overwhelmed with all of the information. What are some best practices to ensure I grasp all of the concept ? Any advice would be much appreciated!!!

Hoping to get my PHR in the next year or so. Outside of employer reimbursement, are there other opportunities for this to get funded? I know SHRM Foundation offers scholarships for the CP, but I am looking for PHR specific help. Thank you! :)

I work as a Solution Specialist (sales rep) at an Authorizer Verizon retailer. Phone/wireless sales is not something I want to do forever. I have 4 years mobile sales experience and 3 additional years of niche sales/ customer service experience. I’m feeling stuck and every career/job move fells it is a step backwards. Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For people who have profit sharing what have your experiences been? Ours is every March but it is a variable number based on how we do the prior year (duh obviously) but also only my boss gets to decide and he gives no criteria on why he chooses what he does. Don’t get me wrong I am super thankful to be in a location with great PS opportunity and upside but it is so hard to plan my life out not knowing what my income will be that year.
