People who have recently (during the past year or so) switched companies, on avarage how many companies did you interview with before getting a job offer?

One of our clients took our idea and basically sublet it to different brands without our knowledge. Technically speaking, there are no rules against this, but it still feels like an icky thing to do. Thoughts?

I'm a corporate recruiter with 3 years of experience. Finishing my degree in HRM 5/2022. I'm thinking of getting my SHRM -CP shortly after graduation.
