I’m taking the SPHR in less than 2 months and haven’t started studying for it. How difficult is it? I’ve been in HR for 20 years and have experienced ALOT in that time, although there are always employee relations scenarios that surprise me! How much do I really need to study for this? I just can’t seem to motivate myself to do it, I’m so mentally burnt out at the end of the day from a high stress HR job, the last thing I feel like doing is studying HR!

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
Hi! My company has unlimited PTO and we are looking to move some employees to non exempt , do we have to issue them a different PTO plan- or does any company have non exempt on an unlimited pto plan. And how does that work to track hours, etc. thanks !

I was promoted to Director of Sales and am tasked with revamping our sales commission plans
We are in a high margin industry, the majority of the team’s sales are transactional, so they are quick closes, and they have a base around 60k
Current plan is: 3, 5, 6, and 8% of revenue depending on different factors
I am thinking of streamlining to make everything 10%. (5% paid upfront when they land the sale, 5% paid once invoiced).

I received an offer from Orange Business Services with 17LPA CTC with no wfh option. I may have to relocate to a new location. They do have some relocation policy. My current ctc is 11 LPA with permanent wfh option and other allowances for shifts and holidays.

I can't help but blame myself every time a task isn't going as planned. I have all the reasons for why, but I still feel like others are disappointed in me. It happens often, and my feelings accumulate over time, then I start to hate my job. It's toxic. Does anyone have any long-term solution for coping? Hey everyone, I have a few sales employees that go rogue and create their own content using our logo. My main concern is that the logo gets altered, the posts are (in my opinion) awful, and there's currently no one managing/approving these posts.
Does anyone have any solid policies regarding an approval process for these posts or preventing employees from putting the company's logo on their own content?
