I'm trying to find a meaningful online sexual harassment training that I can assign to all our employees. Ideally it would be something that each year will automatically assign employees to and send out reporting on who is not compliant. Has anyone seen or discussed this Petition for SHRM must support Black Lives Matter & the LGBTQ community? I’ve grown increasingly concerned and disappointed in SHRM’s lack of vocal support for employment protections for LGBTQ+ and black and brown workers, especially as a black woman in HR. It seems like SHRM is overly focused on what is absolutely “legal” and not what is right. I’m of the opinion HR professionals must not only be “legal” but have a relevant and compassionate stance
