- Does anyone know who Accenture uses for their 3rd party background checks?
- If i allow them to contact my current employer, do they still ask for W2’s and Paystubs?

I’m looking for some new things to read or listen to — doesn’t need to be ad-related. Books, podcasts, whaddya got?
I’m not really into fiction, but open to anything. Last books I enjoyed were Junior and Moonwalking with Einstein, last podcast I binged was Startup (Gimlet).

@fcb peeps: Who is the head creative at FCB Global? Is it Fred Levron or Susan Credle? Every piece of work that comes out of the agency, Fred immediately posts everywhere as his. But isn’t Susan Credle the worldwide chief creative officer? Who really runs the show?

Anyone here do HR for an organization with both union and non union employees? My organization is very small consisting of 8 union employees and 7 non union employees. We do not have an official handbook and I’ve been working with Paychex HR team to put one together. It’s a bit frustrating because I feel my rep doesn’t know too much about mixed environments. My current shop has such kind & creative folks, but the AM department is a bit of a hot mess. They seem to struggle with the basics of their jobs, all the way to the top of the department. My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Does anyone have experience or advice?
