What would you say a reasonable amount of dials during cold calling/following up should be during an 8 hour day? How do you review resumes in a way that reduces implicit bias? I just finished reading the book, "Biased," which discusses the implicit biases we all hold. Our company has not invested in an ATS software, and we’re looking to create a scoring rubric / database in excel based on the job description and candidates. What are ways to ensure the resume review process controls for bias and is still efficient / expedient?

Looking for feedback: In a leadership position with responsibility to direct sales strategies and enablement for a product category. My issue is that my new boss, who micromanages my every move, gave me a slap on the wrist for “breaking chain of command” to speak with my VP.
