How stressful is it to work in a call center? It seems to me that the supervisors would be the micromanaging sort

I’m a mom with 12 years marketing and content strategy experience. Small tech company reached out for 15 hrs per week contract content strat work. Is $65 per hour too low?

Got my Oct2020 scatter plot....
I had a good feedback, promotion also supported but the green dot of scatter plot is down ..i was expecting upward
My manager told me that this year bel curve is reintroduced and due certain process change in scatter plot , difference is expected( its mentioned in mail also) but she has assured that everything is fine and promotion is also supported but due to bellcurve, normalization has taken place .rest they have given good feedback..any comments/suggestion?

Highlights of the year: flew out on 12hr notice to evac E Europe-based employees & families, plugged 3 exposures before they became breaches, built TVM/privacy program from scratch, onboarded new CNAPP.

(-) Still a student (GIB: BA/MS expected ‘24)
