But that's the problem at the core right? Games, politics, optics all lead to inefficiencies and erode value. I did a lot of EE and employee satisfaction work. We don't practice even 25% of what we tell our clients to do.

OP - that was my thinking. Assisting on pursuits is great but you need to be "the person" that is selling this shit as the SMR if you want it to be a differentiator. Unfortunately, your success could be drowned out by Senior Managers and PPEDDs that feel better inside when they add you as a team member to InterAction after you spend your entire weekend drafting a PPT for a pushy vendor RFP. Also, you probably know this but the no missed timesheets, etc. is not a differentiator, it's just not a negative.
Why does multiple bravos matter? The amount vs # of bravos should matter. Had over 2k in bravos. Guess I didn't have my name on interaction so sure, dock me on that pillar since other seniors got their name entered

Unfortunately the CPA thing is considered on your own time. What trainings/SMR? Can vary by practice. As a counselor for seniors I can say in some practices 110% utilization was average... it's nuts but the peer groups are competitive.

OP- you said you have no exposure to partners. How is that possible? Is there not a partner leading your engagements or at the very least checking in on progress every few weeks? Gotta grab them and have a coffee and make sure they know who you are and what you contribute to the project/practice/firm.

All performance appraisals were significantly exceeding expectations. Was rated 5 on my engagements where they rated the entire team.
