401k advice requested. Currently have my employers Roth 401k via fidelity - it is also where I trade and have my Roth IRA. Moving to a new firm that has their regular 401k via betterment. What to do with my current Roth 401k?

Is an IPO in anyone’s FIRE strategy? Maybe this is specific to the Bay Area, but it doesn’t seem that unrealistic to negotiate enough equity to make $1.5 mill off an IPO. Or maybe I’m dreaming 😂

Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner?
