She wants to inform them about her pregnancy; is it right time to inform? Or she needs to wait for 6 more months for that to inform? Anyone please clearify.. Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

Eat is good but would recommend the infant optics on amazon. Honestly you don’t need all that fancy stuff. I was looking at nanit and other high tech ones too but end of the day all you need is pretty basic
Yes. Nest cam is awesome. Only other one we've been jealous of is https://store.nanit.com/
Have been happy with Infant Optics the rechargeable battery dies once per year but is only $9 on Amazon. The two-way comms is great with a toddler. “Get back in bed!"
Look for one that’s super clear in the dark, can be removed from where ever you install it, and finally take a look at where the closest electrical outlet is in relatio to where you are installing it and make sure the monitor cord is like no enough. Plenty of friends have used the wireless and I can’t tell you how many times they complain about it cutting in and out and having to recharge batteries. Wireless drains because most of them keep running bc the motion sensors kick in and turn on, theses babies are movers! Plus you’ll drain your phone, tablet whatever device your using while watching the monitor
Infant optics. Seems to be the most popular everywhere for a reason.
I use Arlo q
I use Nest for video and alerts. Very useful. We have also captured a number of "firsts" on video, which was an unexpected side benefit.
It kind of stinks for audio and can be unreliable at times, though. So supplement with a $30 audio monitor.
To add: we have a dedicated 26ish inch tablet on our dresser, visible from our bed, zoomed in on the crib at all times. We also have two eight inch Android tablets that float around the house for use as baby monitors.
I have the Nest Cam clamped to the bottom of the crib and then attached to a photography rig that pulls it away from the crib, out of reach, then arches it up and over the crib. We have a pink sunflower on over the Nest... My daughter thinks it's a flower. Let me know if you want a pic.
