How difficult are client interviews at Mindtree and what if we don't crack it?

What are your thoughts about wearing only a casual graphic tee for an interview at a non-tech company? I interviewed a candidate and he dressed casual (at least from the top and up) when all other candidates were business professional. The position will be full time in office eventually. It left me with a negative impression. Welcoming other perspectives, because maybe my thinking is outdated.

Hey everyone, I’m a recent grade (2yrs post undergrads. I have event managing, stage managing, and currently working as a daily operations manager for a small content creating agency. Additionally, I take on little projects to helps friends/family. I want to pivot into Project Management, but I’m not sure how to leverage the skills I have. Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big.
