A friend is working for a US employer on a TN visa. He wants to form a startup in Canada and provide services (ie, build an app) for the startup while he stays in the US on the TN visa and employed by the existing US employer. Assuming there are no conflicts with his contracts with his employer, can he do this with no issues? Thank you!

Should I waiting for the H1B or make a swtich? Is it worth waiting for H1B and how much saving one can make per month if traveling to US?
