A friend who is also in sales was talking to me about the wellness programs he has at work. They get free therapy sessions once every 45 days and also have team activities once in a while, where they all get together on a weekday evening for things like sip n paints or art classes. Is this just his company or do others here have stuff like this as well? I definitely don't and all this sounds so far out of our culture.

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII.
