Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

I’d be hesitant about being at a firm where you aren’t listed on the website. It seems career-limiting and my guess is that if they are doing this in this scenario, they might be similarly uncaring towards your career in other aspects.
Look into it. Is the firm more prestigious than your current firm? Is the position permanent? Might they open an office in your state at some point? Also, I’d you don’t want a fully remote job, please ask the recruiter to call me
Also, I’ve been there. Believe me. I completely understand
If they’ll pay you well, who cares about any of that?

My concern is about stability and a long-term future at the firm. I’m a senior associate and don’t want to keep jumping around. If they’re located in another part of the country and have remote employees in other states that aren’t listed on the website, the impression I get is that they don’t get as much attention/priority. I need to be given good cases and have support staff support to be paid well, and I have reservations about whether I’d be given that, as someone the partners realistically may never meet face to face.
If you have experience/don’t need hand-holding and have an opportunity to do well financially it sounds like a decent gig. Maybe you’ll end up being to go-to attorney in your particular state. I would ask a lot of questions, though, before committing
That’s understandable. There are a lot of differences
