I know a total of two people who are happy and not looking and it’s because they like their bosses (and prob those who work in c suite are happy with their salaries) but the rest of the agency is miserable, terrible leadership, kindness from clients is an exception not the rule. And the instability is wild. I’ve been there 10 months are survived 3 major layoffs with a few smaller ones that were never acknowledged. I loved my boss but he was part of last week’s layoffs. I gave my two weeks this week and everyone has been ecstatic for me. If you’re stable and comfortable where you are do not go to CoLab.
The one person I know still at CoLab is currently on a leave of absence due to their mental health suffering, a lot of that suffering attributed to CoLab. I would stay far away from that sinking ship
Search for old posts, I would avoid unless you are desperate
No.
Promise.
No
I don’t think it was about whether someone works here or not. It’s just based on what’s been happening with layoffs and the general public news in the fish bowl.
I wasn’t answering this question from an employer standpoint but just as a person/human. If I was there and saw what was happening, I’d try to find something too
only if you're desperate...what do you do? and what will you be doing it on?
Yeah, depends on where you are now.
If you’re unemployed, yes.
100% agree with Pub 3. CoLab just had a round of layoffs and they’ll probably do another round before the year is over. Every agency has its flaws, but CoLab is a dumpster fire—no offense to dumpsters or fires.

If you love nasty and inexperienced account and PM, dive right in!
Totally depends on the team - message me if you want! There are some great leaders and some very very minor bad ones.
Minor should read mid-to-bad, idk why I can’t edit

News of over 100 lay off last week and they are about to make you an offer? Are you sure?
Yup they announced they were opening s bunch of new recs (30-40) to get the work done (aka more junior worker bees) when they laid off senior level folks. Announced it in the same meeting where they barely acknowledged the layoffs (same day, same meeting)
Depends. it's a great place to work with great colleagues. But they have constant layoffs - 5 to 6 in the past year and they constantly lay off their best employees. So, if you took the job just be aware that you could be laid off at any time.
NOPE. Avoid like the plague.
I hope you didn't accept it.
