in pharma 110-125k seems to be where things are right now. i will be interviewing soon and 125k is the number i’ll be throwing out there, can report back when i receive offers!

I was making 120k as one in pharma, but everything is very different now
ahh gotcha- i would take that with a grain of salt, unfortunately since the salary transparency act passed all the big companies have been throwing out shit ranges in the postings and IPG is the worst of the bunch. AS level is definitely not that low, omnicom had postings with a 90-117k range and from what i see anecdotally on here, 110k+ seems to be where most are (in NYC anyway)
I got $80k at a big agency in NYC in 2018. But that was not good at the time. I've heard now $100-$115k.
hey all,
reporting back now that i’ve been on 3 phone interviews with recruiters. 100-120k is the range for an AS in pharma as far as i’ve seen. one said 100k, one said 100-120k depending on agency in the network (they didn’t have a specific position for me at the time) and one said 120k. for anyone curious, when asked about my desired salary range i said 120-125k. seems like you will have to shop around and interview well, but 120k is not unreasonable by any means

I’d agree with all of this
Is Pharma known for paying more than traditional agencies?
more soul crushing is hard to imagine..
I’m super underpaid apparently, wow.
welcome to the party lol, most of the reason i’m going to start interviewing (that and the “guaranteed promo” to AS this month was apparently a lie…
hey all, reporting back with my highlights from the job hunt.
for Account Supervisor in pharma:
publicis- 105k
omnicom- 110k
BGB group- 105k
havas- 120k
obviously YMMV, but good to have reference numbers, so hope they help!
thanks for this!!! Exactly what i was looking for lol. Seems like overall 100-120k is within what you can expect to see when looking to jump ship. Not what i didn’t know already, but the numbers they throw around for an internal promo is a joke in comparison. I think 120k is like the top of the band at most tho, and likely more realistic to see if you’re making a lateral move (vs a title jump)
